9ct Gold Luckenbooth Brooch

The Holyrood Brooch, featuring a traditional luckenbooth design, is fantastic in 9ct gold.  Named after the Palace of Holyrood, this lovely brooch would probably have been sold from "Locked Booths" in Edinburgh's Royal Mile.  Bought by a young man for his girlfriend, the brooch would have been pinned to the shawl of their first born child to ward off evil spirits.

This luckenbooth brooch is supplied in a beautiful presentation box.
