Parcels destined for Europe please allow at least 10 working days and Far East and other Worldwide destinations allow 15 working days.

All parcel charges are dependent of their weight and destination. All final charges include Postage and packaging costs.

We may choose to insure certain parcels over £50.00 destined for UK. Overseas customers wishing to insure their parcels, please send a separate e-mail stating the items you would like to purchase, and the destination country and we will get back to you with the exact cost. In all cases we keep Proof of posting record for 3 months after the date of purchase.

In the event of wrong address supplied by a customer, the parcel in question "should" be returned to us by Royal Mail. To re-post/re-ship the parcel to a correct address will attract additional postage charges.
