Returns and Refunds

Refund Policy

We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase from MacGillivray's Scottish Gifts. If for any reason you are unhappy with an item you are welcome to return it, in its original, unused /unworn condition, along with any wrapping and receipt to MacGillivray's Scottish Gifts within 28 days from the date of purchase we will exchange it or offer a full refund.

We are unable to refund or exchange personalised products. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Cancellation of Order

You may cancel your order of goods at any time up to the seventh working day after you receive the goods, unless the items have been personalised in any way. You do not need to give a reason for cancelling your order. If payment has been processed after you decide to cancel, a refund will only be given once the Club has received in full the unopened and unused order. If you wish to cancel your order please notify MacGillivray's Scottish Gifts in writing at the address below or email sales@macgillivrays.co.uk
Returning items by Post

If you decide you do not want an item or have ordered the incorrect size please return it to us by post at your cost to the following address.

Please include a covering letter, which includes your confirmation order number and the reason for returning the item/s.
Any items received back after 28 days of purchase cannot be refunded and will be returned to you.

We would advise that you send the goods by special delivery as MacGillivray's cannot accept any responsibility for items lost in the post. Postal charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods returned are faulty.

Stock Availability

Occasionally, overnight some items may become out of stock or sold out due to unprecedented demand and in these circumstances we will, where possible, offer alternative items on customer approval.

Pre- orders

When pre-ordering goods, any other items purchased will not be despatched until the pre-ordered item is launched.  You may contact us if you wish to pay extra postal charges to have the items despatched early. Pre-ordered items will be charged at the time of order.
